Depending on the variety, the flow rate is 25-35 ml for an espresso and approx. 110 ml for the long cup. You should always use the ideal variety for the desired result. This is the only way to bring out the flavour profile in the best possible way. Last but not least, it is advisable to clean and descale the capsule machine regularly.
