Whether strong, mild or decaffeinated - preparation with the capsule machine is quick and easy. The coffee powder is portioned inside aluminium capsules containing a protective atmosphere, to guarantee constant quality in every cup. For the best possible results, the water tank should always be filled with fresh water. The capsule should be inserted immediately before preparation in order to optimally preserve the flavour of the gently roasted beans. Depending on the variety, the flow rate is 25-35 ml for an espresso and approx. 110 ml for the long cup. You should always use the ideal variety for the desired result. This is the only way to bring out the flavour profile in the best possible way. Last but not least, it is advisable to clean and descale the capsule machine regularly.
