Preparation
Pod machine
Preparation in the pod machine is not only easy to use and maintain, but it also reaches and maintains the exact temperature required for the quality in the cup. The machine heats up quickly and the coffee pod can then be placed in the filter. Pushing a button, the heated water is pressed through the coffee powder at about 9 to 10 bars. Even the desired cup length can be set by pushing a button. The coffee pods are flavour-protected and optimally portioned. Grind size, weight and pressing are always perfect, ensuring optimum results. Regular cleaning of the machine is also recommended.
Machine with portafilter
Our coffee pods are also suitable for the preparation in a portafilter. Simply insert the coffee pod into the portafilter before turning it into the brew group. This method of preparation produces a concentrated coffee with a hazelnut-coloured, dense "crema”. It is served in a small conical cup made of thick porcelain, where its flavour is at its best.
